Absztrakt

A családi vállalkozások elemzéséről szóló szakirodalmak száma az elmúlt években jelentősen megnövekedett, ezzel is mutatva a téma kiemelt jelentőségét. Egy nemzetgazdaság életében a családi vállalkozások előkelő helyet foglalnak el, mind a gazdasághoz való hozzájárulásukat, mind pedig az általuk megtermelt hozzáadott értéket tekintve. Kevesebb figyelem fordult azonban eddig a családi vállalkozások professzionalizálódására, és az ezzel kapcsolatos szakirodalom feltárására és bemutatására. A családi vállalkozások kontextusában a professzionalizálódás kezdetben nem jelentett mást, mint egy külső, nem családtag vezető felvételét. Azonban mára a professzionalizálódás jelentéstartalma kibővült, és egy multidi- menzionális modellé fejlődött. A tanulmány célja, hogy bemutassa a professzionalizálódással kapcsolatosan megjelent legfontosabb nemzetközi szakirodalmakat, és egy széles körű áttekintést adjon az eddig megjelent tanulmányokról. A szakirodalmi áttekintés elsősorban az elmúlt húsz évben és a hozzájuk szorosan kapcsolódó cikkek eredményeit összegzi.
