Unless otherwise stated, the owner of all copyright of articles, databases and other intellectual property on the site is the Corvinus University of Budapest. This includes, without limitation, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the layout and text contained on this Site.

Copyright on any research article is transferred in full to the Corvinus University of Budapest, publisher of Vezetéstudomány / Budapest Management Review upon publication in the journal. The copyright transfer includes the right to reproduce and distribute the article in any form of reproduction (printing, electronic media or any other form).

Vezetéstudomány / Budapest Management Review makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of the materials displayed on the site. Because of the possibility of human and mechanical errors as well as other factors, Vezetéstudomány / Budapest Management Review shall under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions.

Licensing

This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. The copyright holder of a scholarly work grants usage rights to others using an open license. This allows for immediate free access to the work and permits any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. Articles in Vezetéstudomány / Budapest Management Review are Open Access published under the Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 License. This license permits distribution and reproduction in any medium provided that the original work is properly cited. The full text of all content is available for free and open access without delay, without embargo period, without requirement for users to register to read content.

Repository policy

Many authors wish to deposit a copy of their paper in an institutional or other repository of their choice. The journal allows all versions of the manuscript (submitted version, accepted version, published version) to be deposited in an institutional or other repository of the authorʼs choice without embargo.
