Absztrakt

A hazai felsőoktatásban a hallgatók körében egyre nagyobb érdeklődés tapasztalható a vállalkozási ismeretek fejlesztését érintő képzések iránt. A felsőoktatási intézmények az oktatás, a kutatás és a tudásmenedzsment központjaiként működnek, így sokféle formális és informális tanulási lehetőséget biztosíthatnak a vállalkozói gondolkodásmód és készségek fejlesztésére. A vállalkozói oktatással kapcsolatos különböző értelmezések és terminológiák, valamint a tartalmi és módszertani kérdések vizsgálata releváns kutatási téma. A tanulmány célja kettős. Egyrészt a hazai és nemzetközi vállalkozói és innovációs mesterképzések kvalitatív összehasonlító elemzésével, a mesterképzések célcsoportjainak, tanulási eredményeinek, programstruktúráinak, tanterveinek és tanulási tevékenységeinek vizsgálatával azonosítani a vállalkozói képzések fejlődésének főbb tendenciáit. Másrészt a tanulmány a vállalkozói kompetenciaelemzés meglévő tudásbázisához próbál hozzájárulni azzal, hogy feltárja a vállalkozói kompetencia megítélését a hazai munkaerőpiacon. A vállalkozói készségek és kompetenciák relatív fontosságát és mintáit Q-sort módszer alkalmazásával határozták meg a szerzők. A kutatás eredményei értékes inputokat nyújthatnak a felsőoktatási intézmények számára, hogy változatos tanulási lehetőségeket biztosítsanak a vállalkozói gondolkodásmód és készségek fejlesztésére.
