Absztrakt

Hagyományos logika szerint a játékot többnyire a szórakozással kapcsoljuk össze és nem keverjük a munkával. Ha mégis, akkor erőforrásként, a szervezeti célok szolgálatába állítható eszközként tekintünk rá. A játék azonban más perspektívából nyílt végű transzformációs folyamat, amely közel sem kontrollálható a végkifejlet és sokszor a kiindulási pont tekintetében sem. Éppen ezért fontos, hogy megismerjük, hogy a fogalomkörbe milyen rejtett, vagy kevéssé reflektált értelmezések tartoznak, hiszen ezek formálják a szervezetek mindennapjait. Jelen kutatás célja, a vállalati játék összetett jelenségének feltárása a nemzetközi szakirodalomban fellelhető releváns elméletek összegzése és újra-rendezése által. A tanulmány taglalja a fogalom definíciós kérdéseit, részletesen kifejti az egyes elméleti iskolákat, végül bemutatja a szervezeti kontextusú játék integrált modelljét.
