Absztrakt

A vállalati kimerülés és fordulat témája már öt évtizede foglalkoztatja a szervezeti változáselmélet kutatóit. A vállalati fordulatok és az átszervezések már a napi irányítás részét képezik. A cégvilág szervezeti átalakulásának számtalan fordulata követeli az empirikus kutatás további bővülését. E célból érdemes ismerni a vállalati fordulatkezelési kutatások nemzetközi hátterét, tendenciájának alakulását az eredmények ismeretében. Milyen irányzatokat lehet megkülönböztetni és melyek az alapvető jellemzőik? Melyek a turnaround menedzsment kutatási területével kapcsolatos jelenlegi és várható technika jellemzői? Milyen vállalati fordulatkezelési modellt, mint vizsgálati keretrendszert lehet felállítani? Ezt hogyan lehet alkalmazni egy magyar nemzetgazdasági portfólió összeállításához? Ez a keretrendszer holisztikusan közelíti meg a témát. Az intézkedések széles skáláját veszi figyelembe a fordulat tartalmával, folyamataival és összefüggéseivel, a különféle tudomány- és szakterületek közötti kölcsönös függőségekkel. Felhívja a figyelmet a turnaround eredmények pontos mérésének kihívásaira. Végül a munka ajánlásokat tesz további kutatásokra.
