Absztrakt

A munka és vele együtt a karrier kulcsfontosságú szerepet tölt be az egyének életében, hiszen a sikeres hivatás, illetve a kedvezően fejlődő pályafutás meghatározó eleme a beteljesült és boldog életnek. A karrierutakkal foglalkozó szakirodalom egyik lényeges kérdése, hogy léteznek-e konkrét személyiségjegyek, amelyek előrevetítik, befolyásolják a sikeres karriert. A szerző tanulmányában a szisztematikus szakirodalmi áttekintés módszerével meghatározza és csoportosítja azokat a személyiségjegyeket, amelyek hatást gyakorolnak a szakmai mindennapokra és a pályafutás sikerességére. A tanulmány kiemelendő és új értéke, hogy az irodalomkutatás eredménye szerint nem csak a pozitívnak, de a korábban negatívnak hitt személyiségjegyek is előnyösek lehetnek az eredményes karrierút építése során. A szisztematikus szakirodalmi áttekintés összefoglalója rámutat arra is, hogy a csoportosításban szereplő személyiségjegyek milyen további hatással lehetnek a munkavállaló és a munkaadó kapcsolatára és a karrierfejlesztési beavatkozásokra.
