A megbízók véleménye a menedzsment-tanácsadók munkájáról egy magyarországi és romániai empirikus kutatás tükrében

Kevés olyan szakma van a világon, amelyről annyi jót és rosszat írtak le az elmúlt években, határainkon innen és túl, mint a vezetési/menedzsment-tanácsadás. A szerzőknek nem célja, hogy jelen tanulmányukkal védelmére keljenek ennek a szakterületnek. A tanulmány a menedzsment-tanácsadók munkájával kapcsolatos ügyfélvéleményeket vizsgálja Magyarországon és Romániában, kitérve arra, hogy miért alkalmaznak vagy utasítanak el tanácsadókat a különböző szervezetek. Az eredmények szerint a tanácsadók igénybevételének legfőbb okai közé tartozik a szakértelem hiánya és a szervezeti kapacitások szűkössége. Ugyanakkor számos szervezet elutasítja a tanácsadók alkalmazását, mivel nem szeretnék, hogy külső személy betekintsen a belső folyamataikba. A tanácsadók jövőbeli alkalmazását mindkét országban leginkább a versenyképesség növelése motiválja. A kutatás új adatokat közöl a tanácsadói iparágról a régióban.
