A szervezeti MI-felkészültség értékelése

A mesterséges intelligencia (MI) szervezeti szintű bevezetése komplex technológiai, stratégiai és kulturális átalakulást igényel, ezért az MI-felkészültség értékelése mára a digitális transzformáció egyik kulcskérdésévé vált. A tanulmány célja egy olyan MI-felkészültségi modell kialakítása, amely átfogó keretet kínál a szervezetek MI-adaptációra való alkalmasságának vizsgálatához és fejlesztéséhez. A modell öt – technológiai, adatgazdálkodási, vezetői, humán és kulturális – dimenzió mentén értékeli az MI-integráció feltételeinek teljesülését, lehetővé téve a szervezeti erősségek és fejlesztendő területek strukturált azonosítását. A megközelítés túlmutat a technikai infrastruktúrán, ugyanis figyelembe veszi a vezetői elkötelezettséget, a szervezeti tanulási képességet és innovációs kultúrát, valamint implicit módon a felelős MI alapelveinek érvényesülését is. A modell koncepcionális jelleggel bír, empirikus validálása és finomítása a további kutatások feladata. Az eredmények ugyanakkor hozzájárulhatnak a vállalati MI-adaptációs felkészültség mélyebb megértéséhez, elősegítve ezáltal a mesterségesintelligencia-alapú megoldások tudatosabb, megalapozottabb bevezetését és fokozatos kiterjesztését.
