A Karrani-féle csendes kilépési skála (Quiet Quitting Scale) magyar adaptációja és pszichometriai értékelése

A kutatás célja a Karrani et al. (2024) által fejlesztett Quiet Quitting Scale (QQS) magyar nyelvi adaptációja és pszichometriai jellemzőinek tesztelése volt hazai munkavállalók körében. A „csendes kilépés” jelensége arra utal, amikor a munkavállalók kizárólag a munkaköri minimumokat teljesítik, elkerülve a pluszfelelősségek vállalását és pszichológiailag visszavonulnak a munkavégzéstől. A skála mérési megfelelősége megerősítő faktorelemzéssel (CFA), valamint a tételek közötti egységességet és az általuk lefedett tartalom összhangját vizsgáló mutatókkal került értékelésre: belső megbízhatóság (Cronbach-alfa, CR) és konvergens validitás (AVE) a teljes mintán (n = 494), és két Z generációs almintán. Bár a megbízhatósági mutatók megfelelőek voltak, a konvergens validitás minden esetben elmaradt az elvárt szinttől (AVE < 0,50), és több tétel gyenge faktorterhelést mutatott. Fontos megjegyezni, hogy még az eredeti angol skála sem bizonyult egyértelműen validnak a vizsgált magyar populációnál. Az eredmények hangsúlyozzák a kulturális és generációs adaptáció, valamint kvalitatív módszerek (pl. kognitív interjúk) bevonásának szükségességét a további mérőeszköz-fejlesztésben.
