Szisztematikus irodalomkutatás a menedzsmenttudományban
Szerkesztői ajánlások, hazai helyzetkép és a mesterséges intelligencia szerepe

A tanulmány célja a szisztematikus irodalomkutatás módszertani és stilisztikai követelményeinek feltárása a menedzsmenttudományban, valamint a hazai kutatások gyakorlatának és fejlesztési lehetőségeinek bemutatása. A kutatás két egységből áll. Az első egység tizennyolc, nemzetközi menedzsment-folyóiratban megjelent editorial típusú cikk elemzésére épül, a szerkesztők által javasolt jó gyakorlatok azonosítását célozva. A második egység harminc, 2021–2025 között hazai, MTA „A” kategóriás folyóiratban publikált szisztematikus irodalomkutatást tekint át, az első lépésben azonosított nemzetközi benchmark mentén értékelve a hazai gyakorlatot. Az összevetés szerint a nemzetközi szerkesztők a módszertani transzparenciát, az elméleti szintézis minőségét és a gyakorlati relevanciát tartják a legfontosabbnak, míg a hazai cikkekben gyakrabban dominál a leíró jelleg és a kritikai értékelés kevésbé hangsúlyos. A tanulmány ajánlásokat fogalmaz meg a módszertan fejlesztésére, a kritikai szintézis erősítésére, valamint a mesterséges intelligencia etikus és átlátható használatára.
