Kutatás a magyar kis- és középvállalati szektor specifikus sajátosságainak digitális aláírás bevezetését befolyásoló hatásairól

A digitális aláírások alkalmazása az elmúlt években növekedett. A magyar kis- és középvállalatok (KKV-k) körében a technológia bevezetését számos tényező befolyásolhatja. Jelen tanulmány célja szakirodalmi alapokra építve e tényezők pontosabb megértése. A kutatásban 200 magyar KKV vett részt, vezetett telefonos interjúk és aszimmetrikus mintavételi stratégia alkalmazása mellett. Az eredmények elemzése adatvizualizációval és különféle statisztikai és ökonometriai módszerek felhasználásával történt. Az eredmények alapján a nagyobb vállalatok nagyobb valószínűséggel alkalmaznak digitális aláírást. Az iparági sajátosságok hatása a technológia bevezetési hajlandóságra szintén bebizonyosodott. Az üzleti működéshez kapcsolódó tényezők (üzleti partnerek közelsége) esetén ugyanakkor nem azonosítottak a szerzők statisztikailag szignifikáns kapcsolatot a felhasználási hajlandóság tekintetében. Az eredmények segítenek a technológia elterjedését támogató és gátló tényezők pontosabb azonosításában, melyek gyakorlati relevanciájuk mellett értékes hozzájárulást adhatnak a kapcsolódó elméleti területek további fejlődéséhez.
