A digitális bizalom szerepe a digitális érettségi modellekben

Absztrakt

A digitális transzformáció sikere szorosan összefügg a digitális bizalom meglétével, amely jelentősen befolyásolja a szervezetek képességét az új technológiák befogadására. A digitális érettségi modellek a szervezetek digitális fejlettségének értékelésére szolgálnak, ugyanakkor eltérően kezelik a digitális bizalom dimenzióját. Jelen tanulmány azt vizsgálja, hogy a digitális bizalom hogyan jelenik meg a különböző digitális érettségi modellekben. 25 digitális érettségi modell kvalitatív elemzésén keresztül a kutatás azonosítja azokat a kulcsfontosságú összetevőket – például adatbiztonság, technológiai megbízhatóság, szervezeti átláthatóság és munkavállalói kompetenciák –, amelyek hozzájárulnak a digitális bizalom kialakulásához. Az eredmények azt mutatják, hogy mindössze hat modell kezeli explicit módon a digitális bizalom kérdését, míg a többi keretrendszerben az jellemzően implicit módon, más dimenziók részeként jelenik meg. A tanulmány arra a következtetésre jutott, hogy a digitális bizalom önálló dimenzióként való kezelése jelentősen javítaná az érettségi modellek gyakorlati alkalmazhatóságát, különösen a transzparens és etikus technológiahasználat megerősítésével.
