Építészmérnökök mint kettős szerepű stakeholderek az előregyártott és szerelt technológiákhoz köthető innovációs értékláncban

Absztrakt

A tanulmány az előregyártott és szerelt építési technológiákkal szembeni innovációs ellenállást vizsgálja magyar építészmérnök hallgatók és gyakorló építészek körében, akik kettős szerepben egyszerre technológiafelhasználók és -közvetítők. Az innovációs ellenállás elmélete (Innovation Resistance Theory, IRT) alapján hét akadálydimenziót (használati, érték, kockázati, hagyomány, imázs, innovációs és oktatási) azonosítottak a szerzők kvantitatív kérdőívvel (n=109). A reliabilitásvizsgálatok, valamint a Spearman-korrelációk és nem-paraméteres tesztek stabil skálastruktúrát mutattak, és szignifikáns, negatív összefüggést jeleztek az akadályok és az innovációs elfogadás között. Az ellenállás legerősebb prediktorai a legitimációs tényezők (szakértői elérhetőség, megrendelői és hatósági elfogadottság) voltak. A legmagasabb átlagos intenzitás a használati akadályok dimenzióban jelent meg, míg a hagyomány dimenziója mutatta a legnagyobb eltéréseket és szerkezeti jelentőséget. Az oktatási akadályok csoportonkénti eltérései igazolják az építészeti képzés meghatározó szerepét. Az eredmények alapján egy háromszintű integrált kommunikációs modell javasolható, amely a percepciós, interakciós és intézményi mechanizmusokat összekapcsolva támogatja az innovációs ellenállás csökkentését.
