A CSR-tól az ESG-ig, a fenntarthatóság kulcsszavai a turizmusban

Absztrakt

A tanulmány azt vizsgálja, hogy a napjainkban egyre népszerűbb ESG (környezeti, társadalmi és vállalatirányítás) megközelítés kiválthatja, felválthatja-e a CSR (vállalati társadalmi felelősségvállalás) koncepcióját, amely számos problémával küzd. A kérdést a turizmus szektor vonatkozásában elemzik a szerzők, mert ebben az ágazatban új terület e témakörök kutatása, miközben gazdasági, társadalmi és környezeti szempontból is releváns kérdéseket érint. A CSR és az ESG viszonyának felvezetését, valamint az ESG-elemek turizmushoz kapcsolódó értelmezését követően a PRISMA-módszertan és bibliometrikus elemzés segítségével 297 tanulmányt vizsgálnak. A bibliometrikus fogalomtérkép alapján a vizsgált területen a CSR- és az ESG-koncepciók között szoros kapcsolat van. Az ESG nem jelenti a CSR végét, viszont olyan mérési és keretrendszert biztosíthat számára, amely a koncepció problémáit megoldhatja. Kutatásuk másik eredménye, hogy a turizmus ágazat esetében az „E” pillér a domináns, vagyis a fenntarthatóság elsősorban környezeti fókuszú az ágazaton belül, és kevésbé jelenik meg a társadalmi vagy éppen gazdasági fenntarthatóság, illetve az etika.
