The relationship between sustainability and event management is receiving increasing attention in tourism scholarship; however, the role of wineries in the events market, particularly regarding the integration of organic farming and ESG considerations, remains under-researched. Drawing on a narrative literature review and international examples of best practice, this study aims to demonstrate the sustainable solutions adopted by wineries engaged in organic farming and their opportunities within the events market. The findings indicate that competitiveness is jointly supported by resource-efficient operations, the involvement of local communities, visitor awareness-raising, experience-based programme design and transparent communication of ESG performance.
