Az intelligens szálloda: Az MI és a szállodaipar közötti együttműködés kihívásai és lehetőségei

Absztrakt

A tanulmány a mesterséges intelligencia (MI) szállodaiparra gyakorolt átalakító hatásait vizsgálja, különös figyelemmel azon lehetőségekre, amelyek az operatív folyamatok finomítását, a vendégélmények jelentős javítását, és az emberi erőforrások hatékonyabb kihasználását ígérik.
A szisztematikus szakirodalmi áttekintés módszertanát alkalmazva 45 releváns forrás került feldolgozásra. A kutatásból kiderül, hogy az MI integrációja leginkább az ügyfélélmény növelésére van hatással, habár a luxus szállodák esetében inkább csak kiegészítő szolgáltatásként jelenik meg, ami a következő generációk (Z és alfa) esetében, a későbbiekben változhat. A nem luxus szállodáknál más a helyzet, itt az emberi jelenlét kevésbé fontos a vendégeknek, így az MI-eszközöket könnyebb elfogadtatni. A kutatás továbbá kitér arra, hogy habár az MI ígéretes lehetőségeket kínál a
hatékonyság és az innováció terén, jogos aggodalmak merülnek fel a munkahelyek biztonsága, az integrálási nehézségek és az új technológia elfogadása kapcsán.
