Absztrakt

Jelen tanulmány célja, hogy feltárja a Magyarországra látogató külföldi turisták biztonságérzetének dimenzióit, illetve azonosítsa a desztináció-választásukban és a biztonsággal összefüggő attitűdjükben szerepet játszó főbb tényezőket, különös tekintettel az utazás során felmerülő kockázatokra. Tekintettel arra, hogy a turizmus Magyarország gazdasági és társadalmi életében prioritást élvez, a külföldi turisták biztonságával kapcsolatos vizsgálat eredményeinek publikálása elősegíti az ágazat települési, térségi és országos szintű fejlesztését. Az 1000 főre kiterjedő kérdőíves adatfelvétel 2019 második felében, a koronavírus-világjárvány megjelenését megelőzően készült, így a vizsgálat eredményei a pandémia turizmusbiztonságra gyakorolt hatásainak értékelésére nem alkalmasak. Ugyanakkor mind a turisztikai ágazatban, mind a rendvédelem területén dolgozók számára hasznos segítséget nyújt a legérzékenyebb biztonsági területek és kockázati tényezők mélyebb feltárásához.
