Utazási szándékot befolyásoló tényezők konfliktusövezetekben található desztinációkban – Törökország példája

A cikk célja, hogy Törökország példáján keresztül vizsgálja meg, milyen tényezők hatnak az utazási szándékra a konfliktusövezetekben található desztinációkban. Online kérdőíves megkérdezést végeztünk törökországi utazást tervezők körében. Az 1420 főből álló mintát strukturális egyenletek módszerével elemeztük. A kutatás kimutatta, hogy az észlelt kockázat negatív hatással van az utazás iránti attitűdre, míg az utazás fölött észlelt kontroll és a desztinációs imázs növeli az utazási szándékot. A szubjektív normák mind az utazás iránti attitűdöt, mind az utazás fölött észlelt kontrollt pozitív irányban befolyásolják. A kutatási eredmények egyrészt hozzájárulnak az utazási magatartás megértéséhez a konfliktusövezezetekben található desztinációk esetében, másrészt segítik a piaci szereplőket, hogy megakadályozzák a turizmus visszaesését.
