Idősödés: új kihívások a gazdaság és társadalom számára

A demográfiai folyamatok valamely gazdaság és társadalom kardinális jelentőségű jellemzői. A fejlett és a közepesen fejlett országok lakosságának korstruktúrája drámai módon megváltozik. Egyre inkább az idősebb emberek teszik ki a népesség növekvő hányadát. E rendkívül széles körű hatásokkal járó irányzat az idősödés. Már évtizedek óta jelen van, ám a következő évtizedekben bontakozik ki igazán.
