A tervgazdaságtól a piaci árakig: az inflációs tényezők az új Üzbegisztánban

A tanulmány az infláció mozgatórugóit elemzi Üzbegisztán gazda-sági fejlődésének új szakaszában, a 2017-es liberalizációt követően. Az Autoregresz-szív Elosztott Késleltetésű (ARDL) modell alkalmazásával a kutatás a monetáris, nem monetáris és külső tényezők közötti kapcsolatokat vizsgálja 2017 októbere és 2025 májusa között. Az eredmények szerint hosszú távon a pénzmennyiség és a ter-melői árindex (PPI) jelentős hatást gyakorolt az inflációra. Rövid távon erős inflá-ciós tehetetlenség mutatkozott, és a PPI statisztikailag szignifikáns hatással volt a fogyasztói árindexre (CPI). A Toda–Yamamoto-féle oksági vizsgálat egyirányú oksági kapcsolatot tárt fel a széles értelemben vett pénzmennyiség és a CPI, vala-mint a PPI és a CPI között. Ezek az összefüggések kulcsfontosságúak a döntésho-zók számára az inflációs nyomás kezelésében és a hosszú távú gazdasági stabilitás előmozdításában Üzbegisztánban. Az Üzbegisztáni Központi Banknak (CBU) fenn kell tartania a monetáris szigorítást az infláció monetáris tényezőinek kordában tartása érdekében a liberalizáció időszakában. Az állami szerepvállalás korlátozása és a kereskedelmi vámok eltörlése fokozza a versenyt, ezáltal hozzájárul a költsé-goldali infláció mérsékléséhez.
