Absztrakt

Bárki, aki követte az utóbbi körülbelül egy évtized kritikai elméletről és posztmodernizmusról szóló írásait, megérti a rövid, érthető és hasznos összefoglalásra irányuló kísérlet nehézségeit. E két címke hatalmas mennyiségű, többnyire nehezen olvasható irodalmat takar. ... A témakörben született gondolatok számos hagyományos tudományterületen is keresztülívelnek. Sok kutató mindkét irányzatból merít; mások a közöttük húzódó összeegyeztethetetlen különbségek mellett érvelnek. E két általános megközelítésen belüli, illetve azok közötti különbségek és konfliktusok sok oldalnyi szervezetelméleti és azon kívüli írást töltöttek már meg. Könnyen meglehet, hogy bármi, csak egyidejűleg korrekt, koherens és tömör összefoglaló írás nem készíthető ezen a területen. Mindenesetre az ezen irodalmak megértésére irányuló törekvés fontos feladat.
