Industry 4.0, through its technological innovations, is significantly changing labour market and jobs. Thus, adapting to current and expected changes is inevitable, but it is difficult to estimate which competencies will be needed in the future. The research aims to identify Industry 4.0 solutions, and determine the alteration of competency needs based on structured interviews with the surveyed companies. The research points out that the swap of competencies and their development processes have begun.
